Graduate school (Master’s degree): ¥250,470/month
University graduate (Bachelor’s degree): ¥244,000/month
Technical college graduate: ¥227,000/month

Model salary
¥4,800,000 annually / ¥245,930 monthly salary + allowances + bonuses / 23 years old (2nd year with the company)
¥5,800,000 annually / ¥284,720 monthly salary + allowances + bonuses / 30 years old, Assistant Manager (9th year with the company)
Conditions
1 promotion/year (Apr), 2 bonuses/year (Apr, Oct), work allowance, family allowance, commuting allowance, separation allowance, overtime allowance
